An exhibition of recent works by Dundas Artist Peter Fischer is on view in the Art Gallery of Hamilton’s Jean and Ross Fischer Gallery from September 9 to November 8, 2009, with an Opening Reception on Friday, September 11 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Crooks Hollow, Spring Ice
The exhibition features twelve of Peter Fischer’s paintings and marks the second time that he has had a solo exhibition at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Peter Fischer has shown at the Dundas Valley School of Art, Gallery 435-Hamilton, the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition, and at FIMA (Festival International Montreal des Arts). His work is in public and private collections both in Canada and the United States, and in 2010 he will be featured in a solo exhibition at Montreal’s prestigious Galerie D’Este.
