In Ontario, one out of every five children and youth struggles with a diagnosable emotional, mental or behavioural disorder. Children’s Mental Health Ontario includes 83 community-based mental health centres that are the backbone of Ontario’s mental health system for children and youth.
Over a nearly 40-year career, Jim Leech has led large public companies operating and investing in the financial services, real estate and energy industries, and guided start-up technology companies. Mr. Leech was head of Teachers’ Private Capital, one of the world’s leading private equity investors, before being named President and CEO of Teachers’ in 2007.
