The Carnegie Gallery Secret Gardens Tour celebrates its 20th anniversary on Sunday, June 2nd from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (rain or shine).  Established in 1993 as a yearly fundraiser for the Gallery, the Secret Gardens Tour is an eagerly awaited event that features a diverse selection of gardens in and around Dundas.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Tour, eight spectacular garden retreats will be featured, from innovative lifestyle gardens and floral fantasies to bucolic country retreats.   For the 20th anniversary theme, local artists will be sketching, painting, carving and jewellery making in the gardens throughout the day.

As part of the Secret Gardens Tour, the Carnegie Gallery is hosting a tearoom with complimentary jazz music, lemonade, iced tea, and a delicious assortment of sweet biscuits to relax and refresh with numerous door prizes to be won by lucky tour goers.

Tickets for the 2013 Secret Gardens Tour are $20 each and include a frameable poster featuring a print from acclaimed artist, Wes Bates, plus a ballot for a chance to win one of the many Secret Gardens door prizes.

The 2013 Secret Gardens Tour runs rain or shine on Sunday, June 2nd from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  . Tickets can be purchased at the Carnegie Gallery and The Keeping Room in Dundas and Bryan Prince Booksellers in West Hamilton. Cost is $20 per ticket.
